Straight answers for an agency
Do agencies pay a fee?+
No. The fee is paid by whoever books, on top of the creator’s rate, and it is the same one fee. When you order for a client, you are the buyer on that order and your client spend sits on the ladder.
How is my commission shown?+
As a percentage on top of the creator’s rate: on the card as the Agency pill, on the profile with the number, on the offer, at checkout and on the order. It is never taken out of the creator’s rate.
Can a creator leave?+
Yes, any time, and you are told the moment it happens. Representation is consent, not a lock. Independents rank exactly the same as represented creators.
Can I counter a counter?+
You invite at a percentage; the creator accepts, counters once or declines. Accept the counter and it is active at that number, or let it lapse and invite again later.
Can I run briefs and Per sale for clients?+
Yes. Briefs, offers, instant bookings and Per sale all work for an agency, and every order names the brand it is for so the creator knows who they are working for.
What does the creator see on an agency order?+
Your name, the brand it is for, the Agency pill, and the same money lines you see: their rate in full, your commission on top, the fee. Silence approves after 5 days and they are paid within 2.
