Terms of service
Wibbii is a marketplace where brands book creators for content and reach, and Wibbii manages every payment. Using it means agreeing to these terms. They are written to be read.
Accounts
One account per person or organization, with accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Creator profiles exist only for connected Instagram or TikTok accounts; connecting an account you do not control, or misrepresenting metrics, is grounds for suspension. We can suspend accounts that break these terms — always with the reason stated.
The Order
Everything from offer to completion is an Order. The accepted offer — scope, price, delivery time, revisions, usage rights — is the binding agreement between brand and creator. The brand’s money goes into escrow at booking and is released when the brand approves the delivery, or automatically five days after delivery if the brand stays silent. Payouts reach the creator within two days of release. A dispute freezes escrow; Wibbii resolves it against the written agreement, or the parties settle it together. Rulings are final on the platform.
Fees and money
Brands pay the only fee: 10% on top of the creator price, falling to 9% past €50,000 and 8% past €100,000 of annual spend. Creators pay 0%, always, and keep 100% of their rate. Agency commission is added on top of the creator rate, never taken out of it, and is visible to everyone. Referral rewards (2% of a referred creator’s booked earnings for their first 60 days, once we approve the invite as genuine) are funded from Wibbii’s fee. Wibbii is the commercial agent for the payment; card and bank details are handled by our payment provider.
Content and rights
Creators warrant they own or control what they deliver. The brand receives exactly the usage rights the accepted offer names — organic use or paid usage for its stated period — and nothing more. Rights start at approval. Delivered files stay available to both sides for the record.
Keep the deal on the platform
The protection only works when the booking runs through Wibbii: taking an initiated deal off-platform to avoid the fee breaks these terms for both sides. Sharing contact details after a booking is completed is your business.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content or campaigns, no undisclosed advertising where disclosure is required, no impersonation, no fabricated engagement, no misuse of another person’s data. Marketing rules for influencer content apply to the parties producing and publishing it.
Liability
Wibbii provides the marketplace and payment protection; the content itself is a matter between brand and creator under their order agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability for a booking is capped at the fee we charged on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending and changing
You can close your account whenever you want; open orders finish under these terms first. We can update these terms with notice — continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Swedish law governs; courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. See also our privacy policy.
