A code in the shop. A share of what it sells.
The creator gets their own discount code in the brand’s shop and earns a share of every paid order that uses it, for two to twelve weeks. Nothing is charged until the term ends — then once, only on what sold.
For brands
- 1Connect your shopShopify in two clicks, WooCommerce with our plugin, or a shop built for you through the sales connector. One shop per account.
- 2Send the offerThe share (15% by default, 5 to 30), the weeks (2 to 12) and the customer's discount. A card on file, nothing charged.
- 3The code goes liveWhen the creator accepts, Wibbii creates the code in your shop with the exact end time. The term starts that instant.
- 4Watch it countEvery paid order that uses the code lands on the order page, live. Refunds come off. Both of you see the same rows.
- 5One charge, onceThe term ends, the statement is frozen. Approve it, or silence approves it 30 days later. Then one charge for what sold, and the creator is paid within two days.
For creators
- 1An offer arrivesThe share, the weeks, the discount your followers get. Accept, counter or decline — the same three as any offer.
- 2Your codeSomething like HANNA, live in the brand’s shop the moment you accept. Put it in your caption and bio. No pixel to install, no link to build.
- 3Every order counts, liveYou see the same rows the brand sees, as the shop reports them. Nothing is typed, nothing is reported later.
- 4Paid in fullWibbii’s fee is charged to the brand on top of what you earn. You keep 100% of your share, within two days of approval. Nothing is ever taken back after you are paid.
One €100 order, step by step
Shipping never counts. A refund inside the 30 days reduces the row; a full refund removes it. Wibbii’s fee is 10% of what the creator earns, never a share of the brand’s sales — at the default that is 16.5% of net sales all in, not 25%. No sales, no charge.
Which shops
Wibbii can only count sales a shop reports by itself. A marketplace you sell on but don’t run can’t do that, so Per sale isn’t available for it — packages and custom orders are.
Fair questions
What counts as a sale?
A paid order in the brand’s shop, placed inside the term, with the creator’s code on it. It is counted at net value: after the discount, before VAT and shipping. A refund comes off the row; a full refund removes it. Rows are written by the shop’s own paid-order event — never typed in by anyone.
When is the brand charged?
Once, when the statement is approved: the brand approves it, or silence approves it 30 days after the term ends — the same window as the shop’s returns. The card on file is charged for what sold, and the creator is paid within two days.
What if nothing sells?
Nothing is charged, no fee, and the order completes by itself. A new term is a new offer.
What is Wibbii’s fee on a per-sale order?
The same one fee as every order: 10% of what the creator earns, on top, falling to 9% and 8% with annual spend. It is never a share of the brand’s sales. At the default share that is 15% + 1.5% = 16.5% of net sales, not 25%.
Which shops work?
Shopify, through the Wibbii app; WooCommerce, through the plugin we ship; and a shop built for you, through the sales connector your developer wires in an afternoon. A marketplace you sell on but do not run cannot report its orders to Wibbii, so Per sale is not available for it.
What stops a code leaking to a coupon site?
One code per order, created by Wibbii, switched off when the term ends. A suspected leak is a dispute like any other: Wibbii rules on the rows, strikes what does not stand, and charges only what survives. An order whose customer details match the creator’s own account is marked and struck by default.
Does the creator have to post anything?
The deal is written on the sales, not on posts. It costs the brand nothing until something sells, and the creator decides what to make. A brand that wants guaranteed content books a package alongside.
